What is SPIFFY?

SPIFFY is a coalition of over 60 community partners working together to improve outcomes for youth in Hampshire County. Together we foster collaboration between schools and communities, promote strong families, support positive youth development, and create a local culture where youth are supported to make healthy choices. SPIFFY’s prevention activities involve parents, youth, community partners, and local educators.

This is your community coalition, and our success is dependent on involvement from people who work, live and raise their families in Hampshire County. You don’t need to be an expert! Committees and task forces meet regularly throughout the year to implement activities and projects. SPIFFY’s full coalition meets twice per year.

The Collaborative for Educational Services

After 35 years, the Hampshire Educational Collaborative has changed its name to Collaborative for Educational Services. But, you can call us C.E.S.—or the Collaborative. Only our name has changed. All contact info remains the same. Our new name reflects our growth as an organization that serves learners, educators, and communities. More important, our new name emphasizes what we do best: collaborate.
